After injury in Liverpool clash.. Real Madrid loses two key players for the derby and El Clásico

Real Madrid ended this Thursday morning with two bad news, one expected and the other not so much, which condition Carlo Ancelotti’s work for what is to come in the coming weeks.
Alaba and Rodrygo will not be able to play this Saturday’s derby or El Clasico first leg of the Cup semifinals next week.
The tests carried out on both this morning revealed that they suffer muscular tears of different severity, but that will prevent them from being available to Ancelotti in the upcoming duels, vital for the future of the white season.
Alaba’s case was the one that was clearest, as he withdrew half an hour into the duel at Anfield with a puncture in the hamstring of his right leg that has been revealed as a muscle tear in the distal third of the right femoral biceps, according to reads the statement issued by the white team.
The estimated time of absence for the Austrian is one month, so he will miss much more, not just Madrid’s next two duels: if the estimated period of absence is met, he will not play against Atleti, Barça (Cup), Betis , Espanyol, Liverpool (Champions) and Barcelona again, this time in the League.
After that Clásico at the Camp Nou, the national team break will come and the idea is that Alaba can return after it, on the first weekend of April, for Valladolid’s visit to the Bernabéu, after which the second leg of the semifinals of Cup, at the Camp Nou against Barcelona.
Rodrygo has it much better. He left Anfield with discomfort in his left buttock and the MRI has revealed that he only suffered a small tear in the left triquetrum that will keep him away from the fields for 10 days.
A slight absence, but that will prevent him from being in two high-tension duels for Madrid, in which his League and Cup options are at stake.
He will not be against Atleti or Barcelona and his return to visit Betis will probably be very hasty, March 5. Most likely, his return will arrive on March 11, at home against Espanyol.
